Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It keeps EnrichDesk useful and lawful for everyone. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us at hello@enrichdesk.com first.

You may not use EnrichDesk to

• send spam: bulk messages to people who have no reasonable business interest in hearing from you, or that ignore unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests;
• break anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy or consumer protection laws;
• harass, stalk, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or target individuals for non-business reasons;
• collect sensitive personal data, such as health, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions or criminal records, or data about children;
• make decisions about people's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance or similar, unless you follow the laws that govern those decisions;
• phish, impersonate others, or misrepresent who you are or why you are contacting someone;
• break the terms of, or get around the access controls of, any website, data source or service, including the platforms you connect;
• resell or republish data from the Service as a data product or contact database;
• overload, probe or attack the Service, get around plan limits, or share accounts to avoid paying for seats;
• upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Outreach standards

• Contact people only about something relevant to their professional role.
• Identify yourself and your company truthfully.
• Include a simple way to opt out in commercial email, and honour it promptly.
• Verify contact details before large sends, and stop if bounce or complaint rates rise.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, pause features, or suspend or close workspaces that break this policy, with notice where it is reasonable. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate suspension.

Reporting abuse

To report misuse of EnrichDesk, including unwanted messages sent by one of our customers, email hello@enrichdesk.com with as much detail as you can.
